Can I assure that your product is compatible with my device?

Yes if we present a universal case when you have entered your phone model in the search field. We have tested that specific unit in that specific case. You can also find the product’s inner dimension under each item.

Where can I buy Krusell products?

All products could be purchased online at www.krusellcases.com or visit our Storelocator to find a reseller in your area.

I am interested in reviewing one of your products, how should I proceed?

What leather is used to produce Krusell cases?

Basically, full grain is used for our cases, mostly cow leather. Anyway, it depends on the type of case and their linings. Normally, pigskin is used for the linings.

Where are the cases designed and produced?

The cases are designed in Sweden and produced mostly in our own production facility in Sena Thailand. See our production movie and you will be surprised about the hard work behind every little case.

My product is damaged. How can I make a warranty claim and receive a new replacement?

Does the lifetime warranty claim cover defective accessories?

Yes, it does cover all damaged cases including accessories/parts like knobs and clips. For more information how to make a warrant claim, please go to the warranty page. If you have any questions regarding lifetime warranty claims please contact warranty@krusell.se

How long does it take to proceed with the lifetime warranty claim?

Normally the replacement will be sent out within 10-15 working days.

Am I able to register for warranty even if I do not know the item number of the damaged product or do not have a receipt with me anymore?

Yes, you can send us photos of the case and inform about the model of your mobile phone. Then, we will specify the item number for you so that you could make a claim at on the warranty page. In case you do not have the receipt, please attach photos of the damaged case showing Krusell logo instead.

Can I have a compensation for my damaged device used with a Krusell case?

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with our product. However, according to our Lifetime warranty, Krusell does not take any responsibility for third party products, i.e., Krusell will not reimburse any damage to devices used together with Krusell products.

What responsibilities do you have required of all employees, as well as Krusell directors and suppliers when acting on behalf of the Company?

It is all stated in our code of conduct.

What is your environmental strategy?

We protect the environment. Krusell abides by all applicable health, safety and environmental laws and regulations in countries and communities in which we operate and where those are considered adequate; otherwise we will abide by the Company’s own standards.
